After leaving my job there back in February Marty's Reliable has still failed to pay me the $2,200 it owes as the proceeds from the sale of my personal bike to a customer.
Long story short - I bought a Salsa Vaya. Beautiful bike and nicely assembled. I worked with Jesse and he made sure I fit the bike properly and the bike worked properly before I left the store. It was a great experience! I look forward to going back.
Haven't ridden my bike I purchased from Marty's for years. After beginning to mountain bike again, I brought it back to the shop just to make sure things were okay. Arty tuned it up terrifically and figured out I had water damage in my front wheel (probably from riding in the flooded streets right after Sandy). They replaced my front wheel and even cleaned the bike for me. The owner of the store, Jesse, even let me join his weekly riding group. He provided terrific advice as I rode and I'm confident my mountain biking skills will continue to develop thanks to them. They're a great group of people that I really trust. They know their stuff and they really do care. Will be purchasing my next bike from them for sure.
Turned around my tuneup in a day. Very nice selection of products and they all seem to know what they're doing. Very personable as well, which is a plus.

Led by owner, Jesse Epstein, Marty's Reliable Cycle of Morristown, has a fantastic selection of bikes to suit most any need (recreational rider to competing professional). What's more, the knowledge, service, and character manifest within this cyclery is unparalleled. Great experience. Wonderful people. Would highly recommend.
All the employees were great! It looked like all the customers were smiling and were taken care of. Staff kept the store clean (snowy/slushy day - still clean) and inviting.
